About Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery, Orland Park
Good Shepherd Cemetery–south of 159th Street and east of 104th Avenue–will be one of the archdiocese’s largest cemeteries and the first new one since Maryhill Catholic Cemetery and Mausoleum in Niles in 1959.
About 60 acres of Good Shepherd will open in a year or two, and the rest will develop over the next few years on the 320-acre property owned by the archdiocese since the 1930s and recently annexed into Orland Park.
