You’re consulted at every stage
In our first meeting, we’ll discuss your ideas for a memorial. A preliminary sketch will often be prepared to help visualize these ideas. Once the design has been selected, a proposal will be submitted for your approval. Then, the proposal is reviewed and discussed for revisions. Alterations will be made with the desired revisions. In some cases, a new sketch will be prepared. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with the design.
Upon request, a full-size layout will be prepared for you to inspect on the stone before the actual carving begins. This is your assurance that we follow your wishes.
You’ll receive a detailed proposal
Once you have selected the stone, the size and type of memorial along with an understanding of your preferences for the design, carving and finish, a written proposal will be submitted for your approval.
This proposal will include a drawing of your memorial with notations on the material and color together with the dimensions. We will itemize the price for of the memorial including the tax and cemetery charge.
Many our clients found that our proposals gave them all the information they needed to make a decision. Keeping you informed is important to our working relationship.
